Shipping and delivery

I endeavor get all orders in the very next outgoing mail.

I ship via USPS Ground. With USPS tracked, labeled mail, USPS offers up to $100 insurance for loss or damage. The customer needs to contact their local post office to make use of this insurance.

In general the post office estimates 3-6 days transit time, but this is only an estimate, not a guarantee.

Customers can return un-used products in re-sellable condition for a refund. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the product. If possible I will also refund sales tax. Customer is responsible for return postage.

International orders:

55 countries provide tracking to your doorstep. With other countries tracking goes up to the country's border.

Customers with shipping addresses outside of the USA are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees or if customs rejects the shipment, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

In other words, I refund cost of the resellable returned product, but not the shipping cost.

I wish things were less complicated but reality is all I have to work with.
