Add 6 oz of your preferred skin lotion to make 8 oz of 1% ivermectin lotion.
That's a lot! Enough for 2 to 4 applications, depending on your body size.

If you like, you can use hair conditioner instead. Any water-based lotion or conditioner should work. Just look at the ingredients…if the first ingredient listed is "Water", then it should mix nicely. Thicker lotions may require more stirring. You can warm the lotion in a bowl of hot water in the sink to make the lotion easier to pour and mix.
